Time just flies and when I think about what I’ve done this year, not much is coming straight to my mind…That why I decided to write down all my life updates from January to June 2018.
Oresund Bridge – between Copenhagen and Malmo
When I was little I had a correspondent from Copenhagen, Denmark with whom we’ve been in touch for a while and he was telling me a lot about Copenhagen in his letters. That’s how Copenhagen popped up on my bucket list ):
Boat trip in Giethoorn – enjoy the Dutch Venice for a day
As challenge 57 from the book ”203 challenges – Travel the World. Explore your Inner Self” says ”Go for a gondola ride in Venice or for a boat trip in little France – Strasburg, in Giethoorn – the Dutch Venice for a day or in Saint Petersburg – Russia”, I decided to accept the challenge and took the road for a boat trip in Giethoorn and enjoy the Dutch Venice for a day.
34 life-changing lessons I learned for 34 years
Last Monday was my birthday. I turned 34! I am no longer in my early thirties nor am I in my late thirties. I am just 34 years old, I love reading, writing, travelling, eating, meeting with friends, cooking, exercising (that’s new), laughing, people with a sense of humour, people who don’t take themselves seriously (what’s the point?) and I cannot live without keeping my notebook of wisdom alive every day! To celebrate my birthday, I decided to write down 34 life-changing lessons I learned for 34 years!
Depression – a journey to change and turn your life upside down
Some people would think ” well, quite pretentious to write about depression and explain it to others”, others would say ” I experienced exactly the same”. First, I would like to say that I am not a doctor, I am not a scientist, I am not a psychotherapist, I am not a psychologist. I am a person who did suffer from depression more than once but hope the last time will remain my last time. I decided to write and share my experience of depression inspired by the book of Matt Haig ”Reasons to stay alive”.
